The 2024 Australian Iaido Seminar and Championship was held on the 14 – 16 September in Clayton Victoria.
Queensland were repesented by an number of members who participated in the seminar, championships and grading examination.
The event was supported by Morishima Kazuki Sensei (Kyoshi 8 Dan), Takizawa Tomomi Sensei (Kyoshi 7 dan) from Japan and six AKR 7 dan Sensei.
Ritsuko Sugai from Shubukai won a second place medal for the 3 Dan division of the iaido Championships!
Kevin Humphrey from Kenshinkai was awarded 5 Dan at the Grading Examination.
