- Iaido – Toshiaki Tsukadaira Sensei – Iaido Kyoshi 7 Dan
- Jodo – David Kolb – Jodo 5 dan
Date/time: Saturday 24th January 2026
Location: Mt Gravatt High School Hall, Creighton Street, Mt Gravatt. Parking available onsite.
Who can attend – Current QKR members, AKR affiliate members and FIK affiliate* members are welcome to attend.
Schedule
- Dojo will open at 08:30
- 9:00-12:00 – Training will commence promptly at 9 am – First Session will run until 12 md with brief drink/rest appropriate to the weather.
- 12:00-13:00 – Lunch break (lunch will not be provided – there are various food options close at hand or please being your own).
- 13:00-14:30 – Second training session
- 15:00-16:00 – Shinsa up to 3rd Dan in Iaido only, there will not be a Jodo grading examination.
